Client: Dayton Transit
Challenge: Dayton RTA’s mandate to better interface with riders was hampered by their website infrastructure, which was too cumbersome to update and forced too many layers for review, approvals, posting, and management.
Solution: Sensei partnered with a local creative agency to redesign a fun and interactive website that amplified the brand persona, which we backed up with a powerful Content Management Software that allowed for multi-level editing, approvals, and posting functions. Further, as Google Partners, our team worked with Google Transit to integrate real-time route mapping into the website, as well as real-time access to the transit’s route maps. Finally, because most riders access this website via their mobile devices, attention was given to the site’s Responsive Design programming as well as the UX Design, to ensure quick access to the most need “on-route” information, including real-time alert subscriptions.
